Dodgeball Academia missing save file?

I have an issue with the game Dodgeball Academia on PC. When I play the game it works as normal but when I try to save it doesn't let me. I also went into the game data in my PC and there's no save file made. I've uninstalled and reinstalled plenty of times. I've also repaired and reset the game as well. How can I fix this?

Normally, when you change your gamertag, the saved games automatically change over to the new gamertag. It seems that in your case you've encountered some sort of bizarre issue. However, I would suggest removing you account then add it back and make sure you are using the correct account.
