HOLA QUE TAL COMUNIDAD X BOX

fíjense que en mi consola me aarecrparece nat estricta y abajo una leyenda que dice que tengo doble nat detectada e investigado de todo , entre a mi modem lo configure, la ip de la x box lo puse fijo, active el dmez, y nada e inclusive varias
opciones que proponen en varios vídeo y no logro solucionar nada , hable con mi proveedor de telefono y efectivamente me dijo que ya no podia hacer nada mas que quizás el detalle es por parte del proveedor de la consola, ya no se que hacer, alguien sabe de
algo que me pueda servir. de antemano muchas gracias
