You could also try checking the
Microsoft Careers website.

That would be something you would have to check with some game developers to see if they have any job openings.

Other than the xbox dash (insider program) Microsoft test everything in house so you would need a job at Microsoft.

The only other thing is game testing which is done by individual developers & trust me,it is one of the most boring jobs you could do with long,long hours just playing the same bit of a game over & over again.

In any case,you say you are a minor so not old enough to get one of these jobs & even if someone did send you something to test,saying your bad at returning stuff isn't going to do you any favours.

Her here. I always figured game testers had the dream job with doing what they love... But after reading this, you got to wonder the insanity they deal with to do their job...I mean I know they wouldn't be testing
random stuff every day, but testing the same area for that long of a period? That's just a pure contemptible job.

and if you mean designs, you have to do it in the vinyl editor. which is under paint.
