Do you own this game?

Since updating my Xbox account after getting a new debit card, numerous games, it's just happened with No Man's Sky and Crusader Kings 3, stopped the game giving the message, "Do you own this game?" I pay for Xbox Ultimate, so I definitely "own" the game. I tried unplugging the xbox and leaving it for an hour, but this did not work. I tried deleting my profile then reinstalling it. This didn't work either. I need this sorting out asap as it is making gaming impossible. The xbox is an Xbox one X.

Have you tried removing your account/profile from the console and adding it again?

Maybe that's right, several people have been reporting the same issues but with different games. I contacted support and they said that I was without live gold for a while, so I lost the game license, however, I never spent more than a week without gold. Now we can only wait

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and confirm that the license to the game is owned by the Microsoft account / Xbox profile that you're
currently trying to play with. If the digital license appears, the agent will be able to walk you though troubleshooting steps that you haven't tried yet.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Trevor, normally this occurs when the platform is unable to validate the game's license.

Let's see

Open the panel by pressing the Xbox button in the center of the controller.

Scroll right on the panel to the System area.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

Select NAT Test Type.

Tell me what appears on this test, please

Press the Xbox button > System > Restart console > Restart

After the console turns on again, hold the console's Xbox button (X- or start button) for approximately 10 seconds, the console will restart again.

Test these 3 procedures and let me know what happened.
