Do you own this game or application? (0x803f8001)

I was playing Skyforge today, and all of a sudden, in the middle of a public quest, i get kicked out of the game and a pop-up window tells me that i don't own this game/application.

Error code: (0x803f8001)

I have bought the Gold Starter Pack as well as 105000 Argents (Premium in-game currency) through the flippin' Xbox Live Store. So yeah, i do own the license to play the flippin' game alright!

So my question to the support is: How the HELL is it even possible for this to even happen?

No. No one have been using my account on a different console.

No. Hard resetting my devices did not work.

Moving the game and contents from external to internal did not help.

Resetting my password (just in case) did not help either.

This is not the first time my.com has had issues with this game since it released on Nov 10th.

Last time, it was an issue with their sub systems.

This time, it seems that after they added the actual release date to the store page, it reset the license for some of us, though that's just what my gut tells me.

I mean, the store even tells me that i own the bloody thing. It says "Play" not "Purchase", which it would have said, had i not owned the product at all.

I demand some answers.

I received a download code from Amazon for the game The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. I input this code into my Xbox one, and it entitled me to a digital copy of the game, which I began to download immediately. Once done, however, I was met with the error
code listed above. I am given the option to "see in store" when receiving the error, and if I do, the only option the store gives me is to play, since I already own the game on this account. When attempting to start the game from the store, where my license
to the game is clear and evident, the system simply recycles the same error, looping me back to the store. I have tried checking my connection to Xbox live and tried using other backwards compatibility digital games and ran into no issues. However, I payed
money for this title and am highly disappointed in the amount of trouble it has been to simply access a single game.

I've tried every traditional fix for this code given in the FAQs, is there any way to fix this, or to help my Xbox One check my liscence to the game? It shows up in my recent purchases and everything...

For the past few days, I keep getting dropped out of games with this error:

If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you purchased this online, make sure you are signed in to Xbox Live. If you do not have the rights to play it, you will need to get it at the Xbox Store. (0X803f8001).

This is occurring on different titles - some digital download, some disk-based. I am signed into Xbox Live at the time (the games start okay) and when I click Cancel on the error, I am still signed into Xbox Live.
