    I cannot play Fallout 4 or Battlefield 4, due to the titled issues. I've restarted, tried the holding the disc for a second before letting it go in, and unplugging from the wall. I believe this issue stems from the latest UI / homescreen update.

  2. Xbox one freeze with buzzing sound

    Mine it with warframe, when I turned it off, and now when I try to play warframe I get "we couldn't get your latest saved data try again or use this game or app offline. Also some screen snow lines when the buzzing happened. :/

    Error: "We couldn't get your latest saved data"

    Hello! Not sure if this is game-specific, but when I try to play Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege I get the error message: "We couldn't get your latest saved data". I get the option of either "Try again" or "Use offline". "Try again" brings up the same message
    again. I've heard that this is a cloud issue, whether this is on the game's servers or Microsoft's servers. Please help me with this problem. Thank you.

    Edit: Pressing "Use offline" doesn't do anything, as there is a loading icon that continues on and on. In the current state, the game is actually unplayable.

    Have you tried to hard reboot the console or clear the disc's cache?

    Clear your Persistent Storage: Go to Settings > Disc and Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear it out twice

    Clear your Alternate Mac Address: Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear & Restart

    I couldn't get the latest update, but it was because it kept giving me that "Something went wrong" error message and I couldn't find a work around from Microsoft.

    Thanks for the reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Xbox One error code 0x97e10bca. I recommend trying a
    power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles and a stable internet connection.

    Try this out and let us know the results.
