    Starting earlier, I began getting the message asking if I owned this game or app when I tried opening a downloaded game, or even youtube for that matter. I reset my console, held the button down to hard reset it, and even disconnected from my modem to see
    if that helped. while it did let me load an initial game up, it immediately went back to this frustrating message. I would like an explanation as to why it is doing this, I have always seemed to have one issue or another with the xbox brand, and it's starting
    to try my patience.

    While playing the BF1 early access, I get the pop up asking me if I want to use my trial. I select "use trial", but the same message appears a few minutes later. This gets very annoying, as is pauses my game most likely causing me to mess up in game.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps

    Reset your xbox and uninstall then reinstall the game, that should do it...

    Thanks for the response. I'm sorry to hear the issue still persists. Just to confirm, was the game able to successfully install the first time? If so, I would recommend uninstalling the game and trying to install it again.

    There may be an issue with how the license is applied to your account since something is blocking the detection on the console that your account doesn't have the license. I'll try to get more information to see if others are having a similar issue.

    Let us know if you are able to re-install the game.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    I'm indeed connected to Xbox Live and signed into the correct profile. I have no problem running Game Pass games for example.

    I have tried hard resetting as you suggested but it didn't seem to resolve the issue.

    Is there anything else that can be done or someone to contact?
