    Bought a digital purchase of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain about a month ago, and recently I can't play it because the " Do you own this game or app" notifications pops up. Not only this but if I go to the Xbox Marketplace it appears as $59.99 instead
    of install like I haven't bought the game. So I go to my recent purchases and it doesn't appear that I bought, any solutions to this issue?

    I bought GTA 5 , played a few times , is now an error and the game does not start:

    If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you’re signed in to Xbox Live. If you don’t have rights for playing it, you’ll need to buy it at the Xbox Games Store."

    On my Xbox I have two accounts . At first I bought the game , and the second playing it .

    "support.xbox.com/.../insert-disc-purchase-digital" - nothing helps((((

    Now the game is not working on any account.

    Help me please.

    Whenever I try and start up my Forza Horizon 3 game in My Games & apps, it gives me the error that says, "Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you're signed into Xbox Live. If you don't
    have the rights for playing it, you'll need to get it at the Xbox Store. (0x803f8001)" I know for a FACT that I spent my hard-earned money on pre-ordering this game, and I believe I have the right to play it! Please help!

    Hey mate,

    I'd go to the microsoft site, and see if the purchase went through:
    commerce.microsoft.com


    That should bring up a billing overview on everything on your MS account. If it appears on there, then it went through and is an error (which we'll go through if that is the case), if it doesn't appear on their, then the purchase didn't go through and you
    can just make it again Do you own this game or app?  If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure ... :) If you want, you can double check with the payment method you used (paypal or credit card) and see if it shows on one of those statements

  5. Yeah I checked recent purchases and it did go through about a month ago that I purchased the game and passed it, but all of a sudden it's not there anymore and i can't play it, and i'm pretty sure you can't refund games bought digitally.

    Hey mate,

    Ok, are you signed in to live when you are trying to play it? and I assume you purchased it with your own account seeing as you can see it on the commerce site.

    When you look at it on the xbox.com website, does it show as purchased there?

    Also worth giving your console a hard reset, which you can do by holding the power button down for 10seconds (when the console is on), until it turns off, leave it for a minute, then turn it on a try again. It may or may not help, but won't hurt trying it.

    Failing all of that, I'll have to hand this on to a support agent. At least we have the basic stuff out of the way, so the support agent can pick it up and hopefully know exactly where the issue lies Do you own this game or app?     Make sure you put the code in the right account

    The error code 0x803F8001 means :
