Is the DLC worth the cost? I read something about it improving the coop matchmaking, was that just a patch I already have or is there something new in the DLC?

Also I read that getting your comment thing rated up gives you humanity, any truth to that?

Lydia died very very early in my game on my first "Giant" encounter. Shortly after that and by pure luck I ended up with Aranea Lenith from the Azura's Star mission. I have over 162 hours into the game and I STILL have Aranea Lenith. I refuse to lose
her or let her die. lol With that said I bought every house in the game have never seen Lydia since her death with the "Giant".

Certain NPCs can be glitched to magically resurrect. After "Blood on the Ice" the NPC "Susanna the Wicked" gets killed partway into the quest, but in my playthrough she magically appeared in the inn stirring a pot of stew shortly after the quest was completed.
A sidenote: You can't Marry Susanna (which is a shame, would like to know how she got the moniker).

Can I just ask a question. To those who have played it, do you feel micro-transaction gets in the way or don't you really notice it? Just reading some comments and it's putting me off this game.
