Do you monitor your adds on microsoft solitaire

I just played the daily challenge and I have no problem with the adds in general. I do however have a problem with 1 add "Merge Gardens". While playing the daily challenge this morning the add played....I waited and then when it was done I clicked it
to close and it went to the google play store. I clicked the back button and it went back to the add, clicked the close button and the same thing approximately 5 more times. I really like your game. I have downloaded lots of games only to remove them because
they get boring, microsoft solitaire never does to me. So please stop allowing these adds to make your game "removable".

I think they probably just look to see if the ads are family friendly and go by that

Also if any modertator or agent sees that i reported this for abuse i did that on accident right after also accidently clicking on I have the same question

I'm having the same problem but found a way to play it (sort of).

1. Open Solitaire through the 'Microsoft Solitaire Collection' app.

2. Click on the 'Xbox Games' tile on the top-right corner to open it once you are logged on automatically.

3. Keep the 'Xbox Games' app running on half of your monitor. Don't minimise it or it will freeze!

4. You can now play Solitaire games and earn achievements.

Someone better fix this soon!

Microsoft solitaire Collection plays all adds but will not load the game. message on screen is-( we are having some trouble connecting to the internet to download Microsoft solitaire collection data)

I'm still having the connection issue. I don't have this problem with Mahjong, Solitaire or Word Games. Doesn't anyone from Microsoft monitor these forums?
