Do you know when Xbox will fix their Avatar Profile Display bug?

I can see my old avatar in the original avatar app but how do you import it for display in your profile?

Just go to xbox.com and once there make sure you are signed in from the top right icon. Once signed click on that same icon and select Xbox profile. From there you can manage your Xbox profile just like you can on the console and your gamer picture is displayed
right when you go to your profile. You can then click customize to see if your avatar is still displayed with a black hoodie.

Wow, I have to say I have never seen that error before. I've seen bugs where it will show multiple avatars from different friends overlayed on top of each other at once. If you try a hard reset/power cycle and it still hasn't corrected this, and possibly
removing your profile from the Xbox and then re-adding it, and none of that is helping, then I would say it's just a bug on Xbox's end and you may just have to wait it out until it fixes itself. These sorts of bugs do usually fix themselves on their own and
in some cases, there isn't much you can do on your end, unfortunately.

Ok well lets try some things out. Let's make sure the "Show my Avatar" option is checked off so that your avatar is displayed in your profile and other locations. After you select "Customize Profile" you will see the box on the right and check it off. If
it is checked, then uncheck it, power cycle your Xbox, and then go back into your profile and check off that box again.

Also make sure both the new Xbox Avatar App and the Original Xbox Avatar App is closed. Once they are both closed, open the new Xbox Avatar app only and when it gives you the option, select the option that says "Use Original Avatar", then restart your Xbox.
