    This was a known issue with consoles enrolled in the Alpha Skip Ahead Insider preview.

    Is your console enrolled in a Insider preview? If so, download the latest OS update.

    Check Xbox Insider Forum on Reddit. This forum is for General release OS.

    When is there going to be a fix for UHD/HDR/4k video playback for Netflix and Prime video? I have done every troubleshooting step there is, other then throwing the xbox done out of my window.

    Latest Beta update. A curious tab called "XXX" is plagued on all my devices.

    Hey Frathos,

    Its something to do with the skip ahead build, i also have it in mine, when you are on the home screen and scroll down to gamepass is shows "XXX" what i remember xbox saying is that sometimes they do this when testing different languages.

    Also @PootNoodlez Frathos is correct and it is the xbox itself that is enrolled into the program and not the profile, each Xbox would have to be individually enrolled into the preview program to be seeing these updates, maybe install the preview app on those
    Xbox's to check and see if they are enrolled and if they are you can then remove them from in the app.

    That is not true. You can remove (unenroll) the console from a preview and still remain in the Insiders with the preview options available to your account. If you remove your Insider account as well as remove the console from a preview, using the Insider hub, then yes you will have to start all over and wait for an invite again.

    I have recently installed Insider hub on a new Xbox Series X and all of the preview rings I am allowed were available to me.
