Do you have a solution for the poor display resolution of the games on my device?

Have you checked if the same graphic problem occurs using another HDMI cable?

Go to Settings>System>Console Information

And restart keeping your games.

Note that the console accounts will be removed, so you will need to have the email and password for each account to log back in.

Your progress, achievements, purchases and other data will remain intact, don't worry about that, you won't lose any data, the only thing you need to do is to log in again.

If this does not work, you will have to send it back for repair mentioning that it is the second time you are sending it.

There you will see your registered devices, select the device that presents the problem and select "Next", fill in the necessary data and you will be able to create your order.

This grabbed my attention.

your display that offers high quality upconversion you would again set the X360 output resolution to match the source resolution for video content, then set the intermediate device’s
output resolution to match your display’s native resolution. This allows the superior device (the intermediate) to handle all image upconversion. In short, for games, it is recommended
to allow the X360 to scale to the native resolution of your display, and to transfer the responsibility of video scaling downstream."

It says this, about "Frame Packing" for HDMI v1.4 etc..

Turn Display Discovery on... You have to be using a resolution, outside of the games listed resolutions, if you are still having problems..
