Is it a standard controller or an Elite controller?

If it’s standard you’ll have to replace the controller unfortunately. If it’s an elite you can get it serviced or replaced if it’s still under warranty.

Generally, triggers on new controllers should feel smooth. You shouldn't feel any sort of harsh resistance as you press on them.

If the trigger feels like it's scraping against something, there probably is something (dirt, dust, plastic debris from manufacture, etc) trapped around or under the trigger. If it's been like that since the first day of purchase, I'd suggest contacting
your retailer for a replacement.

I cant since it was a replacement for my broken controller since Im young I dont have a car to ship it back to Microsoft and I also dont have the money to ship it back.

At the very least you need a different cable, and likely the port is damaged and causing a short. You’ll probably need to replace the controller if you want to use the USB port

I couldn’t tell you, but this is the packaging they provide, so this is the packaging they expect you to use. If you feel better, you can add padding yourself. You will not be getting back the same unit you’ll just get a refurbished one off the pile. This is how all major electronics outfits handle replacement these days, no one is doing repair to your specific device

Please make sure to include only the system, and no power cables, no controllers, make sure the disk drive is empty as well please
