    Do Xbox requests actually get taken seriously?


    I routinely beg for USB audio support and it's been a top request several times but nothing seems to be happening. It's pretty obviously just a toggle setting since the Xbox OS is a Windows kernel so USB audio support is native. Why is it so hard for Microsoft to just enable USB audio? There's zero chance they're still making any worthwhile amounts of money off of Astros mixamp licensing so all that's left are pissed off people that want support for a 20 year old standard. What gives?

    It actually is taken seriously, but any issues like that are handled by the enforcement team who do not use the forums. Filing a complaint on users through their profile is the only way to have the enforcement team investigate them.
