The Xbox Live Gold codes work globally. They are not region locked. But Microsoft points are normally region locked, so be careful that you get the right region.

Sorry to hear about that, however, kindly note that there's no such thing as Global code, if you're in a region that Xbox doesn't support yet, then the code won't work.

PayPal and visa certainly works on Xbox live however the creditcard or PayPal account must match the region of your account

So if you are using an out of region account you will have to match your region

Amex is more to do with their card then Xbox

Amex security codes do not work with alot of services because of their security code most services require a 4 digit code

Amex cards only have a 3 digit code
