Do reports actually work when someone harasses you and your family through xbox?

I have been told to report this player on both of his accounts and I have recieved packages like a controller and a dress from him. I have also called the police, but he has gotten other people on xbox involved now and you can check my most recent messages
in message requests to see that. Can you guys please actually help before this becomes even worse than it already has?

Hi,

Sorry to hear you're having these issues and I can completely understand why you want some reassurance regarding Enforcements. The only thing you can do for the moment is report any unwanted communications you have received from these players and block and
report the profiles that are involved in harassing you. Keep in mind, there may be a delay in Enforcement dealing with your reports as there are fewer employees available at Microsoft to review cases these days due to the disruption that the Covid-19 pandemic
has caused. If you are receiving unwanted gifts/parcels sent to your home address from people that you don't know then I would advise that you contact the Police immediately as that will be the best course of action to take. Hope this issue is resolved for
you as soon as possible.

Best you can do is block him and report him to xbox support. If he's doing things outside of xbox then it would be best to get the police involved.

Document everything, take screenshots with phone which include dates + times. Keep all the items sent and give to local police/authorities.
