    I joined a clan via the app for tablets but in game I don't have the tag and clans says she to account restrictions I cannot access that feature. What is wrong with the app or what is wrong with the cost system?

    how or can i create a separate profile

    I dont want to change my gamer tag. What i'd like to do is set my son up with his own tag....so he can play with his own friends...under his own gamer tag. He plays under his tag..I play under my tag..Totally separate

    How do I add cards to my collection in ultimate team?

    Under "My Ultimate Team" you'll see "Collections", go in there..

    Now you need to go to the collections where the players you added belong and click on the card, Once you do that it'll give you the option to add that Pending Card to the Collection.

    Corrupted Data or Server Troubles?

    The only thing I can think of that would cause that would be if you were signed in under another Gamer Tag. Even if the EA servers were down, that wouldn't stop you from playing the single player or loading your saves, you can do that without even signing
    into XBL at all. Is it possible you were logged in under another Gamer Tag? Because your save data is specific to the tag used to create it.

    that is right you have to select his tag from your player list and send a complaint from his card.
