It’s a dictatorship. You can purchase their game and their add on packs, and they can cut off your service at anytime just by saying you violated the terms of service.
You have no rights. They will not answer your questions or do any investigative work other than to say violation of terms of service.
It is a dictatorship. We live in America, but this company thinks they can do whatever they want without there being any consequences.

My Home Gold seems to not be working properly

Did you by any chance purchase those games through EA access ?

Ea access requires the player to have an individual account for their service so that's why it might not work.

Store Not Recognizing EA Access Membership

When trying to download a game from the EA Access Vault, I am bounced out the EA Access app and shown the game in the Xbox Store. Once in the Store, it does not recognize my EA Access membership and wants me to purchase Vault games.

Any work around?

America is a continent, not a country. Also it's EA. Also that's the risk you run using any online service or game. It's in the TOS, it's in the fineprint. Did I mention it's EA? Their slogan is "Challenge Everything". That means you. And me. And everyone.

I don't care because I don't play any of their sports titles.

They can shut down as many servers as they like and I can still play Dead Space and Mass Effect etc for as long as I like.

You have to agree to their terms and conditions to use their servers, and one of those is that they can shut down the servers whenever they like. It's their prerogative to shut down servers for games with low populations.

Besides, at least the actually supply dedicated servers when they say they will, unlike Activision with the CoD franchise.

As long as you have Game Pass, you can play the games included with PC Game Pass without purchasing them individually (you do get a discount if you decide to purchase the games). You also get access to EA Play which includes some EA games you can play without purchasing (games in the vault) and discounts on EA games.
