DO NOT BUILD A FAITH CHARACTER!

Do not make the same mistake as me. Faith magic is some of the coolest in the game but some of the most powerful faith spells can't be assessed right now. Sun spears (one of the most powerful magics) can't be used until much later in the game. On the wiki
it says level 25 faith in order to get them. On the GWG version of the game its 50 faith level (you will not get this until much later into the game). You can minimize this by doing co-op but online play dose not work right now.

So hold off until you get an update that will lower the faith level to 25. I sunk 14 hours into the game only to find out the game wasn't updated properly.

What weapon should I be making/using at level 63 and what stats should I be leveling up to use it?

Zweihander needs 24 Strength to be 1handed.

My Faith/Strength character uses it and it is an awesome weapon.

My Faith/Dex character is using Iaito and that sword is a beast.

Did the patch for the GwG version go online in North America yet?

Even more bull. I started a faith character the other day. One of the most powerful faith spells in the game is given to you by a cov. The requirements to join without the patch is 50 faith! Oh but don't worry you can make the requirement go down if you
play the co-op that doesn't work right now.

When i looked it up on the wiki it says 25 faith after the patch so i sunk all my skill points into faith to get the spells as early as possible only to find out today the game isn't patched and i actually need 50. So my character i sunk 14 hours into is
completely powerless. Im not demanding a new game like some people but i would appreciate an early patch so my character can get the spells i need to go though the game.

Pretty sure the Sunlight Spear is still 50 faith, even after the update. Because its also 50 on DS2

The Lightning Spear and the Great Lightning Spear are both 50 without the updates? That sucks.

I have nothing to say about faith but, I'm over 60plus hours in sitting at last boss and I didn't even realize game was unpatched until today. Was wondeering why my dlc wasn't working and why it wasn't letting me invade sinnners worlds as a darkmoon blade.

at less than level 20, considering you made yourself a divine weapon already. I go down there all the time now around level 10 without faith characters.

I thought Faith was a good character, though I wouldn't say she was a deep character.

I didn't think Faith was a great or deep character lol. She annoyed me a bit to be honest. The combat was also pretty average, another thing that needs improving.
