    Do myGems get reset?


    Do the myGems get reset? If not I feel like i'm missing some. I've also not been receiving emails so it's been hard to keep up with my rewards and such.

    Weird and not surprising we are not getting an answer here. Just like Xbox Live it cant be out of stock. Just to remind the guys here Microsoft Points it costs 15000 POINTs yet 1000 Gems but the Gems being converted to 1/15th of its value.

    I call that ripping off your loyal customers or alternatively you have to spend 15000€ to get an item worth 20€!

    Sent code to wrong email.

    I recently went on my Xbox rewards to use mygems only had 450 My gems so I bought Warframe:75 plat for 250 MyGems but as I did my phone automatically put my old email which doesn't exist anymore because of gmail changing my account to a Gmail.co.uk to Gmail.com.
    Is there anyway I can get the email resent to my gmail.com or get back my 250 gems back?

    No. Gems do not get reset. Support will double check how many you've earned and post back here, but keep in mind that gems have only been available since October 1, so you would have only earned them for activities done after that date.

    MyVIP Gems do not reset. We see that your account currently has Gems pending and claimed, and is accurate. Please note that Gems as a whole only started during October, and different MyChallenges started on different dates, as specified in the FAQ. Also,
    the subscription challenges for consecutive months of Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass tracks each day that you have those subscriptions active, not as a monthly whole whenever you purchase a subscription.

    Another thread complaining about the "VIP VAULT" and how much of RIP OFF the upcoming conversion rate is.

    Seriously, the rewards currency is virtual and owned by Microsoft to begin with. Stop being a bunch of cheap f**ks and restock the vault for the long time users who have a ton of gems AND DO NOT WANT f2p GARBAGE or WALLPAPERS.

    Either that, or let me buy an XBOX One X for 1000 gems instead of unattainable 10000 gems, because that seems to be in stock. If Toys R Us can do a "fire sale" then so can you guys.

    Microsoft needs to address this. Almost everyone is getting their Gems value destroyed and there is nothing worth while in the damn Rewards store. How can Microsoft be out of Microsoft credits?
