    I want to reformat my phone but I am worried about my mcpe worlds being deleted.. I am wondering if I can retrieve my mcpe worlds if I sign in with my microsoft account?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your world. I just want to confirm, are you playing on an Xbox console? I have looked into the Minecraft bug tracker and this seems to be a known bug https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE/issues/MCPE...

    Have you already tried to create a copy and see if the copy will sync with no issues? What is the current size of this world? If possible, if you have any old unused worlds, try to delete them so that you can free up space for game save data then retry to sync it. But if the world is fully corrupted, there may be no way to recover it.

    Why can't I sync my Minecraft world to the cloud?

    DO NOT erase your local game saves storage like Microsoft support might says!!! There are sync problems and I was told to do that and now all my world's are stuck in the cloud and I can't retrieve them till they fix it, if they ever do. To solve the problem they told me I had to erase my local game saves, and then sync back from the cloud. What I would do is find a way to transfer your world to Minecraft realms and save it to another device that way. I wish I would have done that. Your worlds are not safe on the Xbox or on its cloud services. They basically can't do a damn thing, neither Minecraft support or Microsoft support.

    Yeah, it really is great. Despite a few save retrieval issues (which isn't really the end of the world), it's been absolutely perfect!
