Do i really have to buy minecraft again?

I tried every solution that I could find from searching and it did not work so I'm going to create a post asking for your generous help!

I stopped playing some time ago but I did migrate my account and now when I try to use the Minecraft launcher it says I can only play the demo, I tried updating the launcher and downgrading it but to no avail...

I'm sure it's the right account, I have the transaction ID, proofs of payment, and Mojang Email ads sent to it

I contacted the support 73 hours ago from now and they did not help at all.

They simply told me my account was wrong and kept repeating it over and over again. I tried asking for a refund to rebuy the game however it was denied as it was more than 15 days.

Is there any way to use my proof of purchase or other methods to get Minecraft back into my account? (or giving me the account i supposedly lost)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

That's odd, though, when you mentioned earlier that you tried to get a refund, where did you request it? Do you see the game on your order history somehow? Kindly enlighten me on this, please.

Well, I hope I can resolve this for you.

It looks like you don't own the game on this account.

Try to check your Microsoft store app and see what email is currently signed in, if it's different from what you're using on the website, try to log in that.

If it's the same, try to go to account.microsoft.com/profile and see if you have an alternate email or an alias, if you have, try to log in at minecraft.net/login using that email.
