    Hey!

    I was told for my replacement xbox one controller that I have to send my broken one back to microsoft to receive my new one but it says i don’t need to send it back to them on the “active repairs” Do i need to send it back to them or not? Thanks!

    I need to send in my Xbox one elite controller to get fixed. At the device service and repair in the elite controller thing it wants to send me replace accessories not an actual
    elite controller. There's a replacement standard controller. Do I use the standard replacement and I send my elite controller and they'll send me an elite controller or a standard? I'm just confused, am I overlooking something? I've read other post about broken
    elite controllers but the answered ones just have a link to the Device service and repair page or something along the lines of that.

    If you are asking for a replacement under warranty then yes.

    Microsoft aren't going to send out replacements just on a persons word,it would get abused.

    They need your broken power brick as proof that it is indeed broken & a replacement is needed.

    If it is broken and out of warranty throw it away and purchase another one.
    I literally just got the controller. I cant afford that crap, whyd they send out a broken controller to replace a broken controller?

    Well why not do an advanced replacement, to tell you the truth I never trust companies trying to repair a broken product. With an advanced replacement you will get a new Xbox one in 2 days in my experience and then you send your broken one back in the box
    the replacement came in. They will need a credit card to put a 450$ hold on your credit card but mine was lifted within a week.

    NEVER DO STANDARD REPLACEMENT...... Always Advanced Replacement, you will have to call 1800-4MY-XBOX and request the Advnced Replacement because they never mention it.
