Do I need to buy a second account?

Yes you can use your account on the second console you have. Just sign in with your account details and all your digital games will be available to be installed on the console.

I have found a temporary solution to get around the error but, you need to have a second xbox live account (silver or gold doesn't matter).

So to do this you need to have money on your second account then buy what you want to buy, then download the item, then you just sign in to your main account and you should have the item(do this all on Xbox NOT YOUR PC).

As far as the subscription, they can share that. If the account they are currently using has the subscription, have that account set one of the consoles as its Home console. I have set on Poland but not helping this way So I need friend or someone who live in America and then I give my second account and he can buy hitman for free on his console.
