Do I need Season Pass or an EA Access or Game Pass to play games?

I heard some games need Passes before I could fully play, is this applicable to any game? or how do I know if I need one? Help please. Newbie noobie

Web App and Ea Season Pass

1) You do not need the EA season pass to access the web app.

.

2) From my understanding, if you get the EA season pass you are able to download the game & play it on the Friday before it drops. (I've never gotten the Season Pass, but from my understand that is how it works)

Confused re season passes/DLCs etc

1) The current season pass includes the Outer Rim, Death Star, Bespin and Scarif DLC. As far as I know, there is no additional DLC planned for the season pass, nor future season passes in the works for SWB.

2) Yes, only the main Star Wars Battlefront game is offered in the EA Access Vault. (I'm an EA Access member, so I downloaded the base game at no additional cost to my EA membership, and then purchased the season pass when it was on sale during the holidays
in order to play the expansion maps.)

3) If you already own the base game, you would only need to purchase the season pass to have access to the 4 DLC expansion packs. The only thing you wouldn't get are a few weapon unlocks and maybe a special emote that is included with the deluxe/ultimate
editions.

If you purchase a game it is yours to play regardless of whether or not you have a pass with some exceptions:

1. If you would like to play online multiplayer games you'll need to purchase an Xbox Live Gold membership

2. An EA Access pass (monthly charge) will allow you to play any game that is in the EA Access Vault without needing to purchase the game

3. Xbox Game Pass (starting June 1) will allow you to play any game in the XGP list without needing to purchase the game

4. A gold membership on your account allows you to download 4 free games per month. 2 for the 360 and 2 for the One. The available games are announced prior to the beginning of the month. The 360 games are yours to keep regardless of your membership
status but the Xbox One games require you to have a Gold membership to play them.

they arent making you buy it to play a game you already own, the ea access is for extra stuff if you dont have a season pass for the game or something along the line. i play battlefiled 1 4 and 5 but if it wasnt for ea access id have spent alot more on
the season passes.

Do you have Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? You need Ultimate to access EA Play for free on the console.
