    I purchased the Minecraft Deluxe Collection during the promotion period from March 31 to April 30, which was supposed to include the Popcorn Bucket Hat and the Butter Shirt as bonus cosmetic items. However, after completing the purchase, I did not receive those two items. I also did not receive a 25-digit code, and I’m not sure if one was required to redeem the bonus content. I checked everything in my Minecraft account, including the Dressing Room and all installed add-ons, but the Popcorn Bucket Hat and Butter Shirt are not there. I’ve also tried looking for a redemption option or any messages tied to my purchase but found nothing. I’m now unsure if there’s something else I need to do or if there was a problem delivering the promotional items with my purchase.
