If you pay for the games, yes. If you only download them through Game Pass, you can only use them while you have Game Pass and while they are included with Game Pass.

No,you just keep the add on,not the game

Your subscription is tied to your account, not the console. So resetting the console won't do anything to your subscription.

Have you performed a full power cycle already?

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Once the lights on the front of the console, unplug the power cable from the rear of the console.

Wait at least 2 minutes

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

Check if you permamently delete games now
