    Yes unfortunately Cold War to play any game mode online, you will need gold.

    Gold is required to play online on any game with the exception of free-to-play games. If you were previously able to play it, you may have had a Games Pass Ultimate subscription (which includes Gold) or if someone else had your console set as their Home and they had Gold/Ultimate you would have been able to use their subscription and would have lost that if they cancelled their subscription or changed their Home.

    No. I bought a code for 6 months live gold and it's gone. On my account it shows me that I do have expired my live gold from 8 november..and i went to an atm and bought this 6 months live gold. Where is it?? And I know is a problem ,because I've played
    last night Cold War. It should not be expired. so please fix it...or refund me the money. Anyway I already request a refund for Cold War. Im not going to pay more money.

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:
