Do I have to log on Fortnite specifically on my Xbox to receive the pack items?

If you purchased the pack from the Xbox website and if you play Fortnite on PC, you need to log in and launch the game from the Xbox platform for the items included in the pack to transfer to your account if you already have your Epic Games account linked.

If you don't have a console to perform this process, you can try launching the game from Xbox Cloud Gaming since it's free, although I'm not 100% sure if this works. If that doesn't work, then you must do it from an Xbox console.

If the Fortnite account is linked to your Xbox profile, you just have to log into the console with that Xbox account and you will automatically receive the items

If the Fortnite account is not linked to the Xbox one, you must first link it and once they are linked and you start the game on an Xbox you can receive the items

ive got a question if i reedemed them and wasnt on xbox and went on playstation fortnite would i get the items or do i have to be on fortnite xbox specifically

I just did this tonight, all the same as you all say, i bought it from fortnite itself, so went into the items there and cancelled the crew pack. It didnt show on my epic games or xbox account, but login on the xbox or pc Fortnite itself, bring up the crew pack and big cancel button right there. In the game. Not Epic or Xbox sites.. From the Fortnite game itself when logged in as the user that bought it.

You can subscribe to Fortnite crew inside Fortnite from either the item shop or battle pass tab.

Your subscription is associated with the platform on which you purchased it (your “primary platform”) until it is cancelled. the Fortnite crew subscription is not transferable between platforms.

To claim the current month’s crew pack, you may need to log in from your primary platform if it has been more than 30 days since your last login from that platform. assuming you’ve done this, you’ll receive the crew pack items automatically as long as you’re an active subscriber.

Be sure to choose the platform (e.g., playstation, xbox, nintendo switch) you purchase your subscription on carefully. you’ll be able to access the crew pack items you receive from the subscription across different platforms, but the v-bucks you receive may not be redeemable on other platforms.
