Do I have to buy games twice?

So I bought Minecraft on my phone some time ago. To me it woukd make sense that if I was logges in on the same account I could just install the game for free seeing that I already own it. I dont think this is the case but I just wanted to know if anyone
knows a way to install it without paying again or if you have to pay twice.

With Minecraft you have to purchase it again if you're wanting to play it on a different platform.

Okay so on the Xbox it says that the ad ons are applied/installed but it doesn’t show up on my recents

First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order stated as "completed", once confirmed follow the steps below:

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

Make sure that these packs are installed:

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 1

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 2

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 3

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 4

The disc indeed includes the multiplayer and zombie packs we just need to ensure that they are installed.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
