Do HexGaming brand controllers work?

From what I see on the official website of the brand you mention, it appears that the controllers they sell are original and official Xbox controllers that they customize themselves. Therefore, as they are original Xbox controllers, they should work without any problems on your console.

Are you using a third party brand controller? The Chatpad will only work with Microsoft Brand Controllers it won't work with any other brand controller.

In that case, which do work for the Xbox 360 controller, what brands and products do you reccommend?

In the instructions to the bluetooth headset it says that it will recognize the headset as an external device and will use slot one but some controllers wont allow the headset to be on the same slot as the controller the red brand controllers do not work
with the headset

Are you using a Microsoft brand controller or third party controller. My headphones will not work with my Afterglow controller but will work with my Microsoft controller.
