Do anyone know how to recover your account from Xbox I did a reset now I can't sign in

Phone support can't help with WLID. If he doesn't know the information, the last option is with the password reset - choose customer support. That gets you in touch with the Windows Live support. They're the only ones who can help get a password reset.

You can make your profile before his gets sorted out. If he's going to be the primary account holder, he'll recover your profile, add you to the family pack and then you can recover it back.

To recover an account, you want to go to My Xbox, choose sign in (or if you're signed in, select your avatar and then go to switch profile), all the way to the right and recover gamertag. You need the WLID and password to do this.

The primary account holder will also need their password to add anyone to the pack.

Unfortunately you need to know your account password to sign in. There is no way to sign in without a password. If you have forgotten your password, you can try to reset the password if you can pass account verification. Here is information on how to reset

Well ... This is really irritating ... Nothing is working.

I just don't know what to do. The link is not resetting the parental password. It's just resetting the password to my actual account. I wish that the parental e-mail was a Microsoft account, this may have actually worked in that case ... I don't know.

But I can't recover it from Yahoo! ...

I did try to log out of my account before using the link as well. It did exactly what it does when I am logged in.
