    I do not think, having to spend £1.00 or even $1.00 is worth one point, I think you over charge, a PENNY per point would be better. OR, is microsoft so short of money that they have to OVERCHARGE kids?

    I could be wrong, but I don't think it's a Kinect issue. However, do you have a friend with a Kinect, or a way to test it that doesn't involve spending money for a new Kinect?

    I don't care anymore, I spent 1.000 USD with Xbox Games and I've never received a single reward, not a single gift. Microsoft is the worst support ever when it comes to rewarding their customers. I am going to spend my money in other platforms.

    Why does Microsoft hate Customers with old Hardware?

    Customers with older hardware are able to spend money on the same services as people with new hardware. They care for you all the same.

    At the end of the day they just want our money. No company really "cares" about their customers.
