Do achievements/story transfer from 360 to the Xbox One version?

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Multiplayer Data

I've heard that you could transfer your Multiplayer Data from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, But not the Story Progress, Is the Multiplayer transfer true? If so, Can anyone tell me how to do it? Thanks!

^^ No, they do not. The games are totally separate, and nothing transfers over from the 360 to the One.

So I have GTA V for 360 an I also got the Xbox one version too. So will that transfer over too. Like my story progerss? Or do I need to transfer my story save data to the cloud first?

Hi, You can't transfer the saves from an Xbox 360 game to an Xbox One game, unless it specifically states that in the game. You will also have to earn your achievements again on the the Xbox One version, as they are two completely different versions of
the game.

You would need to buy the xbox one version of Minecraft as the 360 version is not backwards compatible.

If you do then you can transfer worlds or a world over from the 360 version to the xbox one version.

Any dlc you bought for it on the 360 should be available to download for the xbox one version at no extra cost.

I believe you will need gold to transfer data via the cloud. The Game of the year version of Bl2 do support character/s transfer from your Xbox 360 BL2 version. I transferred my character from the Xbox 360 version of BL2 to my GOTY on Xbox One.
