Discus and support DLCs from Killer instinct Definitive Edition Locked, using family share for Xbox game pass... in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; pretty much the title, I know this problem used to be prevalent back in 2019 when the game first came to the game pass, but now it's happening to me....     DLCs from Killer instinct Definitive Edition Locked, using family share for Xbox game pass...


    pretty much the title,

    I know this problem used to be prevalent back in 2019 when the game first came to the game pass, but now it's happening to me. I am using Family share to play game on my account , the main account belongs to a friend of mine. playing other games with xbox beta
    app no problem. but when I downloaded KI:definitive edition it got me the "hub app" for KI:def edition , I launched KI from it, but then all I have unlocked is Jago/Shago and the free rotating character which is currently Orchid.

    I think this problem was supposed to have been resolved by now, is there anything I can do to get the other characters to unlock?

    How do I get the other characters in Killer Instinct Definitive Edition

    I apologize for any confusion, and it's possible that the add-ons section is not available in the Microsoft Store for Killer Instinct Definitive Edition. If that's the case, then the DLC should automatically be installed when you install the Definitive Edition.

    Regarding the comment in the review you mentioned, owning an Xbox console is not required to access the DLC for Killer Instinct Definitive Edition on a Windows 11 PC. The game and its DLC should be fully playable on your MSI Raider GE76 laptop.

    How do I get the other characters in Killer Instinct Definitive Edition

    Sorry it took me so long to respond back, I had a family crisis to deal with. I have both Killer Instinct Standard Edition and Killer Instinct Definitive Edition installed on my PC, but I still cannot find the the DLC add-ons on my PC. If you have anymore suggestions then I am more than happy to try them out.

    Killer Instinct Ultra Edition is an add-on DLC. Killer Instinct is a free game. I'm afraid that purchase does not qualify as part of the promotion.

    Since you have available in your account all the add-ons from the Definitive Edition, everything is normal, you have the complete version of the game.
