    DLC unable to download


    I bought a brand new copy of Black Ops that had the code for the first DLC in it, and every time I prompt in the code to begin download, it states an error has occurred. I've tried on both the console and this site, but it doesn't work. This site even recognizes
    what I'm attempting to download "First Strike Map Pack" and asks me to confirm once again, but it hits an error when I hit continue. I made sure to buy this box as it was new and sealed because it came with the first DLC as I already purchased the other three.
    I don't want to have to purchase it for $15 just because this codes old to Xbox.

    So are you not seeing that DLC at all, or are you simply unable to use it? It sounds as if you're able to view that DLC in your download history, correct? And to be sure, did you download the DLC with the profile you're currently posting from?

    Oblivion, wizards, tower, DLC

    This happened to me as well. I am unable to purchase the Wizard’s Tower DLC on Xbox Marketplace on my console or on a desktop computer. I tried 4 times and have been charged but have no DLC. I’m using an Xbox Series X. I was able to download and purchase the other 9 DLCs with no issues. The Wizards Tower is the only DLC I am unable to purchase. Please tell me how I can download the DLC. Thanks for your time.
