    DLC Showing as not owned


    My husband bought the new DLC Nepal map for Hunter Call the Wild and now it’s showing as if he doesn’t own it even though he’s been playing on the map the last few days.

    — Could I know if this DLC purchase appears in his Microsoft account order history with the status “completed” or not?

    — What potential solutions he tried to fix this issue?

    Game is not marked as owned

    season pass does show up as being owned there are two dlc that don't show up as being owned yet they are in the gold edition it did let me install them before the dlc mentioned are Watch Dogs 2 Punk Rock Pack and the Urban Artist Pack besides them not showing
    as being owned the game has worked fine for me with no issues (all gold edition dlc installed with no issues when i first got the game)

    Adquiring DLC's for Xbox 360 Games

    You can purchase the DLC with no issues. The only reason it doesn't show the game as being owned is because you own it on disc and have not purchased it digitally. It's not a requirement that it has to be purchased digitally to purchase the DLC.

    Anything you own will show in your purchase history or appear as owned in the store. It sounds like the DLC may be linked to another account.
