hi after playing cod of duty for years and years getting bored of the modern warfare so i thoght id have a go on zombies infinate warfare... so all my friends set it up and we all played the zombies in spaceland so we thought we would do all the maps again to complete a better time ,,,ive completed alll the map packs rave ,,space attack all of them .so when it came to doing rave in the red woods its said i dont have the map pack i paid for it ..i know ive paid for it ive completed alll the games done all boss fights and got willard wiler caracter was a struggle but i completted it ...now it wants me to pay for the map pack that ive already paid for ... please help

Buy the pack again. If it doesnt work the first time create a new account and buy everything again. Works for me

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to locate the license for the game by locating the order history. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare - DLC1 Sabotage transaction.

Once you see it simply remove and re-add your account then try to play the game again. But if you were not able to locate it, the DLC may be purchased on a different account.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

yes i also learned that the hard way at first and last night i lost 4 64 stacks of redstone, that red block that stays lit infinately like 12 of them and a buncha diamond supplies wood etc... i fell off my69 block bridge like a duncecap haha.

I as well have problems with COD Advanced Warfare. Purchased the season pass and some DLC add ons on Xbox 360 . Just got Xbox one and the AW game for one and season pass and DLC add ons say installed on the Xbox one but cannot access any.

Also thought the Havoc DLC was free to season pass holders but I too get to pay £11.59 for it.

Kotaku reports that the maps will be called; Morning Wood, Concrete, Park, Italy and Overwatch.

Yes, really, one of them's apparently called Morning Wood. If you need a reason to be skeptical over this rumour, that is it.
