DLC Password entered onto XBOX ONE not unlocking bonus tracks

Hi, I have just purchased the game Assetto Corsa Competizone (ACC) for XBOX 1 use; DLC password seems to have gone in OK. The understanding was for the password to follow purchasen via email from the retailer (Argos in my case) to those who

pre-ordered, which I did, and was meant to unlock 4 bonus tracks, which it hasn't.

I have read somewhere that on this game they should be available (unlocked) immediately, not something you work up to. Wrote to 505 games, they can't help (strange)! Anyone out there have had/are having this issue, or knows what the problem may be? i.e.
Is it Argos fault, Microsoft or game manufacturer? What is the fix? Thanks for any advice.

AridLizard, Brilliant! Thank you very much. Never had to do that with games before and to be honest, there is no instruction anywhere when you get the code to tell you that extra step! Very grateful for your rapid response and issue now solved, fantastic
help. Still think it a bit odd that 505 games could not give me that info (?) Never mind though, many thanks again, your help much appreciated.

go to Games and Apps and highlight the game then press the Menu button on your controller (3 horizontal lines) and select Manage Game and Add-ons.

the DLC should show there for download and install.

yer i was one of the lucky ones to buy it straight away, but i see a small problem the bonus track can not be unlocked

till it comes back on xbox live shame tho....well worth 800msp

plays bit like sega rally...maps are sick, background wallpapers look like real life, with the inner track made up

hope for it coming back soon

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently unable to unlock an achievement on your account.

The tracking and unlocking of this achievement have been removed from the Xbox One.

Although you may have a code, and have discovered alternate means to track this, there would still no longer be a way to effectively unlock this achievement onto your account.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.
