DLC( Jocker, Cindel, Spawn, Nightwolf und Shaukhan

Hallo, habe ein Problem mit dem DLC. Habe es mir gekauf und gleich eingerichtet. Aber von den 5 Charakteren fehlt mir nun Spawn, Joker und ShauKhan.

Woran liegt es und woe kriegt man es beseitigt?

The
Kombat Pack DLC for MK 11 comes with Shang Tsung, Nightwolf, Terminator T-800, Sindel, The Joker, and Spawn with early access to those characters. The Joker releases on January 28th while Spawn releases on March 17.
Shao Kahn is not included in the Kombat Pack and is purchased separately.
