DLC issues between console and pc

I FOUND THE ISSUE. On the back of the usb optical input. There’s a little switch allowing you to select between PC or Console. Mine was on PC, as soon as I switched it to Console it worked!!!

That code indicates an issue with streaming between a windows media center and your console.

Are you trying to work through a PC?

On your PC are you signing in with the same account that you use on the Xbox? I have no issues with Sea of Thieves syncing data between console and PC. Same account though.

Additional Info: You can also use the Cloud for your Gamersaves if you wish - much easier than carrying a USB stick. No need to seperate your harddrive between consoles, although you can if you wish, but as long as the GamerTag that originally bought the
content is on the console, then you will be able to access that content. The first time you try playing that content on a different Xbox, you will be required to download it to that console by going to the settings tab, then clicking "account", then "download
history". Once there, select the content, then download it to that Xbox. Now, whatever console you are on, you will be able to play that content, as well as the other acounts that are on the same Xbox as that originating account.

You can use all your purchased stuff on your consoles, as long as you're connected to xbox live with the account you used to perform the purchases.
