DLC installed but can't use in game

    DLC installed but can't use in game


    I have just bought rapid transit for train sim world 3. It has installed but when i I play the game the trains/route are not in the list. I go to owned list and its there but not ticked, we have all the requirements but won't let us use them. What has happened?

    If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC? This will determine the troubleshooting steps we have to perform.

    As long as the add-on is installed that shouldn't be a problem. Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    From there, kindly make sure that it's installed, and if it is, uninstall and reinstall the add-on.

    Thank you for your help, turned out the new additions were installed in a different place when all the others were in game library. Got it all sorted, thank you again.
