DLC Installation Issue

So I have been trying to install the Steampunk texture pack for Minecraft to help make my gameplay on there a bit more interesting. But when I hit install, it keeps showing tje loading circle and never sends it to queue until I hard reboot the console.
Then, when it's in my queue, it stays stuck on "Installing...", never showing any percentage progress at all.

just bought call of duty advanced warfare but it wont start installing..

Yea im having an issue downloading the dlc...pretty much keeps installing>>queud>>installing>>installation stopped....pretty much almost that cycle

Skyrim's DLC installation issue

Did you removed the game updates (NOT THE GAME SAVES) and DLC after clearing the system cache?

To remove the DLC:

Go to the Xbox Dashboard, select the Settings page and then System.

Select the Storage menu item.

Select the storage area where the DLC data is being kept. This is usually the Hard Drive.

Select Games and Apps.

Select Skyrim.

Select the DLCs (NOT THE GAME SAVES).

Select Delete. The system will prompt you for confirmation. Select Yes.

The system will notify you when the content has been deleted.

Please be advised that any saves made while the DLC was installed and active may not work properly or behave in unexpected ways if the DLC is removed. The game will warn you when you try to load such a save. These warnings can be resolved by reinstalling the
DLC content.

To install the Skyrim Legendary Edition on the XBox 360:

Insert the second disc into your Xbox 360 Xbox and follow the prompts.

The disc will first ask if you would like to update the game (to version 1.9). You must accept this update or the installer will exit.

After the update has been installed, you will be presented with a selection screen where you may select/deselect any combination of the three Skyrim DLCs - Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.

After making your selections, the installer will copy the add-on content to your Xbox 360 hard drive.

After installation is completed, you may play the Legendary Edition by removing the add-on disc and inserting disc one.

Can you not see any mass transit buildings as they would be not useable for a while as they require lots of people to unlock.

The DLC is not showing as installed on the Cities:Skylines title page.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue accessing the DLC for Borderlands 2. We recommend to try installing the game to hard drive and then the DLC. Sometimes if you are just playing from disk and the DLC is installed, there are issues
accessing it.
