    Hello Guys,

    I've had a real crap time recently trying to recover my old xbox live account which is around 8 years old now. I left the Xbox sometime in 2010 as I started PC gaming after my Xbox 360 died for the second time. I then recently got myself a used xbox 360
    from my sister, after finding all my games I started playing them and remembered all the DLC I used to have.

    I've used your recovery process and I'm currently waiting for you to give me my old account back but I'm sad to hear that I can't actually transfer all my old content to my new account. I have around 8 years of pre-orders, collectors content all tied to my
    old account, but want my account to be merged with my new account!

    Please Xbox can you help an old customer out, I really don't want to lose content I used to enjoy DLC Codes & Pre-Orders Help :(

    Alan Wake DLC Currently Availible for Free

    Pretty sure this is permanent, the QB pre-orders were supposed to come with the DLCs but it only had a code for the base game.

    Redeeming Xbox One DLC Codes on my Xbox 360 ??? / Using Xbox One Pre-Order DLCS on my Xbox 360 ?

    PS: I'm talking about the PRE-ORDER DLC: Free Fall.

    I only got one Pre-Order DLC code for COD Ghost and i own 2x copies of COD Ghosts for both consoles (X1&X360).

    Pre-order exclusive does not mean it is exclusive period it just means that it is exclusive to that retailer and no one else and that you get early access to that content for free. Chances are that if a game does really well the pre-order DLC will be available
    ASAP, of course there are those games that their pre-order DLC was never available later, Ghostbusters was one of these games. A game like MK and its popularity would most likely see its pre-order dlc later to download for everyone. An idiot would believe
    less and spend needless money in this economy just to get codes for something that is going to be available later for DLC. I really am surprised that there were stupid and desperate people out there that actually spent so much money for those codes and for
    what? Some idiot told Ed Boon on Twitter that he bought 6 copies of the game so that he could get the pre-order codes.

    It seems like all the pre-order DLC are having problems.

    I pre-ordered from Gamestop and they were having issues and the codes would not print, so they said to come back in two or 3 days with the receipt and they would get the codes for everyone.
