DLC "bought" in xCloud not showing in Xbox

Hi,

its about the game Powerwash Simulator.

A Couple days ago, i got the Tomb Raider DLC, which is free, via xCloud. It directed me in the cloud session to the store and i got, it and could play it.

Now i am back home, and wanted to play it on my series X. But it always directs me to the store, and in the store i only have a "add to wishlist" button, so i cant get or play it natively on my console.

Right now my solution was to delete the game and play it via cloud, which works but isnt the best (somehow cloud gaming was super laggy today and made even freeze my console including the discord voice chat).

I tried a reinstall, but also didnt change anything. What else can i do? I do not want to stuck on cloud gaming.

Could you please visit the link below if it says you already owned this add-on or you can still see "Get" option? Make sure you're signed in on that website.

Please also manually search the game DLC on the Store from your Xbox console if it says you already owned it.

If you already owned it, let's re-add your account to refresh everything on your account.

Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address linked with your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:
Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

When i try to join someone with the dlc i get this.

BUt the dlc itself says this

To add to this, it seems sometimes XCloud can be very hit and miss as to whether DLC works...for some DLC shows up, for others it doesn't. I have seen that a full factory reset of the console can resolve it but it's not guaranteed
