    DLC Astraeos is not working in game ARK Survival Ascended (ASA) HELP!


    Hi there, im using Xbox for PC.

    Yesterday I've purchased the DLC Astraeos for ARK Survival Ascended.

    As im trying to access the servers teh game is not recognising the installed DLC.

    Further is asking me if i want to go to the Microsoft Store to buy it.

    When i accept it is redirecting me to the MS store and checking the DLC, than is informing me that i have already own it.

    Well... this is my pain

    Pls help if u have any fix for this insanity.

    Tysm for any help!

    According to your description, you cannot install your DLC content in Ark Survival Ascended.



    This is a hot issue, and the community has received a lot of feedback from players with the same problem.

    Ark Survival Ascended - "DLC not installed" - Microsoft Community

    You may need to wait for an official update to install the DLC content normally.

    And you can try to uninstall and install it on the Microsoft Store/Xbox different programs to see if it works.

    Also, when we try to enter the online server it tell that I need a online access but, the Xbox is linked and I can download gamepass games or play online on other game. It's only with Ark survival ascended

    You can try to change your connection DNS.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Go to Profile and System > Settings

    In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

    Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

    On the DNS field, input these:

    Primary: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary: 8.8.4.4

    Save settings.

    Let me know if it works!
