Division 2 digital purchase punchcard not giving reward

I purchased through the Microsoft store on my xbox the division 2 dark zone definitive edition and received a digital copy of the game with my purchase. However the punchcard isn't checked off in the Microsoft rewards app for 6000 rewards points. I was under
the impression whatever version I purchased it would reward me. It says I own it. I would like these extra points. If I can't get them I suggest being more descriptive in the future about which version of the game it is for so that way people don't make this
mistake if it is a mistake. I didn't know where else to ask for support, so excuse me if it's not posted in the right place.

Hi. If you purchased the digital copy of Division 2, then give the Microsoft Rewards app a day so it can refresh. Sometimes, some things you complete may take longer to refresh to show it was completed.

Keep in mind that in order to qualify for the punchcard, the games have to be purchased within the first 30 days of being available for purchase. Quantum Break had to be purchased by March 12 and Overwatch by April 13 in order to qualify for the punchcard
that ended on April 15. Neither would be eligible for the current punchcard. Otherwise, there were no other offers to receive credits for preordering those games digitally.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering The Division digitally. Depending on when it was purchased, it could have counted towards one of two different games on demand punchcards, but you would have needed to purchase other eligible games
in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.
