Divinity Original Sin 2 Sir Lora dlc is still not allowing it to be purchased

So I have the money for it however it gives an error each time and says try again later no amount of restarting the console fixes it and ive been trying to buy it for over a month this issue has been happening to many others for months I hope staff can
give me a solution or atempt the purchase them selfs and see it will not go threw

Yea ive tried that aswell but when ever I try on the site or on my xbox I get the following message.
Try that again

Having the same issue but found a workaround. Try buying it as a gift.... for yourself (use email your xbox account is linked to). It's what I just did and it worked. Just finished downloading it. Hope this works for you.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

In regards to this matter, does this occur when you are checking out?

What I mean by this, is the final time that it prompts you to complete the purchase, or does this happen before you get a chance to select what type of payment method you would prefer using?

If this is the latter, then I would recommend removing your payment instrument, and re-adding it, and see if this does the trick for you. This can be done

online, or on your
console.

For convenience purposes, I will depict the way to remove this off your console:

Sign in to your Microsoft account.
Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Account >
Payment & billing.
Scroll right to the payment option you want to remove, and then select
Remove.
Select Yes, remove to confirm that you want to delete this payment option.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!
