    A case review would be the only way to contact the enforcement team. If your suspension is not eligible for one, all you can do is wait it out.

    yeah what made you think that tag was okay with the code of conduct. and there is no way to contact the enforcement team other than the suspension forum and that is ONLY to find out why you have had enforcement on an account not to dispute it or appeal it.

    I understand you are experiencing an issue with an account suspension. In order to address a suspension, it must be done on the Enforcement website. We on the Xbox Forums are unable to retract, dispute, or enforce suspensions.

    Hi there,

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and only an Enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement action they issue.

    The only way to contact them in regards to any enforcement actions is through the case review process at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/.

    Keep in mind PlayStation has similar policies, and no way to dispute a suspension.

    How are you able to contact "enforcement" if you are not given the ability to challenge the enforcement given?

    So according to your reply, if there is no suspension there is no way to contact the enforcement team, but an "action" that doesn't incur a suspension also stops any contact with enforcement.

    Why has Ambassadors team retrospectively, after an error with enforcement site, gone back 6 or more months to remove Ambassadors from the program when the "action" didn't warrant a suspension or ban?

    As an example, a text post comment is reported by a disgruntled gamer, enforcement remove the post which doesn't incur a suspension or ban, but Ambassadors deem it requires removal from the program.

    Double standards!

    Firstly, you can't dispute an "action" because there is no option to contact Enforcement who notify the account holder 3 days after the "action" is enacted.

    Secondly, you can't defend yourself if you can't contact them.

    Thirdly, you can't contact them unless you get a suspension greater than 24 hrs, but if the account holder is not notified until 72 hrs after the suspension has occurred it's likely the suspension may have expired and therefore you can't contact Enforcement.

    Catch 22!
